- A nominated consultant will act as an Account Manager and steer the recruitment process.
- We facilitate a media campaign.
- We respond to all applications, screen and interview qualified candidates and support them in their understanding of the franchise and completion of preparatory work.
- We can facilitate a “discovery visit” to the franchisors headquarters.
- We work with the franchisor and franchisee to facilitate the successful negotation of the franchise agreement or master franchise agreement.
Once your franchise network is set-up here we can provide a continuing monitoring service, reporting back to you on a regular basis, saving you too many visits if you do not want to travel. The good news is that there is no franchise-specific legislation in Cyprus so you will not need a UFOC or any other form of standard pre-contract disclosure document. However, to be successful we require that you adhere to the European Code of Ethics and provide a disclosure document.
Once established in Cyprus it can be the catalyst for further expansion in the Middle East and into Europe.
